usc is not the best, but one of the best
i agree. USC may not be the very best but it's ONE of the many that are enlisted as "best."

i study in USC it's because wherever i apply for jobs, when the employer looks at your resume and sees that your from USC, there's a 99.999% possibility that you'd get the job apllied or even higher of what you were applying for.
